This website is operated by Adventra Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under number SC397314, whose registered office is Braighe House, 20 Braighe Road, Branahuie, Isle of Lewis HS2 0BQ. We trade as Adventra, supplying business and contract vehicle hire across Scotland, and are based at 17A-B Dalcross Industrial Estate, Inverness IV2 7XB. We are the data controller for the information described below. The only place this website collects personal information is the enquiry form. When you complete it, we receive the details you choose to give us: your company or account name, your contact name and email address, and, where you provide them, your phone number, the type and length of hire you are considering, the vehicles or locations involved, and any message you add.

We use these details for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry and to discuss supplying vehicles to your business. We do not use them for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Our lawful basis for handling this information is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our services, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The website itself stores nothing. There is no database, no account and no login. When you submit the form, the details are sent to us by email through our email provider, Resend, and arrive in our inbox. From there your enquiry is handled as ordinary business correspondence.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising technology and no tracking of any kind. We do not measure your visit, build a profile of you, or follow you across other websites.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It is seen by Adventra staff and by the providers that run this website and its email on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site, Resend, which delivers the email, and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check protects the enquiry form from automated abuse. Those providers act on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they are required to protect it to the standard UK data protection law expects.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are dealing with you, and then for up to six years after our last dealing with you, which reflects the period in which a contractual claim could arise. After that it is deleted.

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to ask us to restrict its use. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
